Great customer service the young lady and the gentleman was very polite I didn't know too much about the place and they didn't have a problem explaining without getting mad plus it was very clean I really like that

Very nice and courteous staff the room was nice accept the chair it was very beat up and stained, i didn't sit in it really it should be replaced or reupholstered is a real eye sore. The rest of the room is beautiful.

Staff support was very positive. However, the physical state of the facility was disconcerting. The outside looked truly decrepit. A makeover is needed, along with full on paint job. The interior rooms appeared very dated. The bathrooms, had very old fixtures. Yet it was very, very clean. The bed itself was also very clean and exceptionally well made up - sheets, pillows properly placed and looked spotless.. The Wi-Fi had little to no signal, very disappointing. The TV was cable, but the quality of the picture was disappointing.
