"I came to Cancun to finish the dental work I had started in March of 2026. I stayed at one place that was nothing like the pictures and was extremely disappointed. My stay had to be extended and I found another location for the additional 5 nights. It was very nice but very expensive as it was a last minute reservation. This time for my dental follow-up, I had more time to research and I loved the look and reviews of TAKH308. Boy was I NOT disappointed this time. The unit is clean, bright...

"It was wonderful! If you want a quiet stay away from the busy hotel zone, this is the place! The rooms are nice, staff was really nice and we were able to park our car behind the gate. They even have house cats that hang out in the front, so sweet! They have breakfast but no dinner. Some places are close enough to walk."

"Breakfast was excellent!"

"Best resort we have stayed at yet! We loved everything about this hotel, even the food is great. Finally a resort that left us feeling like we need to come back again!"

"The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

"Fabulous"

"95% of my visit was great. Took part in activities offered, Ricky Ricardo was great. Literally everything (food, pools, staff, atmosphere) was great for 90% of the trip. My main issue is the little things that were inconsistent. For example, our room was missing a bathroom garbage can. We had one by the TV in the main room, one in the toilet but nothing by the bathroom sink while other rooms did (we went with friends). TV service is spotty which is a weird complaint but if you like to relax a...

"Everything costs money but the room is beautiful and comes with a washer and full kitchen. Be careful booking a shuttle back to the airport as the driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal, had to pay 50 bucks to get a taxi to the correct terminal which was frustrating. Otherwise I loved it."

"Friendly staff, great entertainment and good food/drinks."

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"I lost my reading glasses which I placed on my bed. There’s only me left in the 6 bedrooms room."

"Don’t get the all inclusive, we spent most of our time buying our own drinks ( soda ) as we done drink alcohol. It’s like Trying to pull teeth to get more than 2 cans of coke. Dated rooms and we had the worst balcony I’ve ever had , we had to walk sideways on it to move. Can’t swim in the pool as they don’t heat it. Huge beautiful pool and 100 people are crammed into the spa as the pools is to cold. Beautiful beach , great staff , badly managed. It’s a time share trap be careful. We are going...

"Hotel muy limpio, personal amable, zona muy segura, cama muy cómoda."

"Beautiful Ocean view, kitchen with plenty of clean utensils. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Great service"

"Exelente hotel para familias y estancias cortas. La vista de las hab es simplemente de las mejores en Cancún"
