"Pros: perfect location and a very nice pool with a swim up bar. Cons: you can't trust room service. They stole $500 from my bag that never left the room - when I brought it up with management, they brushed it off. The majority of the staff were not very welcoming or helpful, with some limited exceptions. Food was average, rooms felt dirty and had a strong sewage smell that came and went."
