"I like it was close to the beach, restaurants, had a great pool and food - adults only was a plus. I thought the reservation staff were a bit overwhelmed with people coming and going and noticed people treatment were a bit different for every reservation. I also unfortunately noticed mold smell in the suite we stayed in. The master suite was ok but from the front door to the front room where the couch and TV were was definetely not good smell. I am not sure if its the air conditioning or something else. In any case we loved the location because it was close to everything."

"What a perfect property for our family. The in-laws had their own suite- the oldest son had his own suite- mom and dad had the master and the youngest had a room down the hall.Having a pool and gazebo on the roof for those pleasant evenings.The great room and the kitchen all made for a great week for all. To cap off a great time- having turtles lay eggs right in front of the house was simply fantastic .The ac was super cool in all the rooms- which was very needed after warm days at the beaches.Plenty of room for two or three golf carts in front of the gates.The only thing that might make things even better would be a washer and dryer. And a generator to keep power supplied in all instances."

"great view of the beach in a really nice pool. place was perfect for our needs - dad, mom, 2 young kids. would be great for 2 couples also. take red flash lights so you can watch the sea turtles nest in front of the house (you have to take steps to get down tot eh beach, the house is on a cliff above the beach). great restaurants all around. would love to go back."

"This place was great-- better than expected. The property is shared duplex-style with the owners/hosts, but the configuration allows it to feel completely separate. The pool on the ground floor belongs entirely to the rental, and the rental spaces (3br 2ba) are on the 2nd floor with a common balcony overlooking the ocean and sweeping views of the coast. It's a stunning view.There is ample room for golf cart parking off-street, and there is private beach access, though the coast here is not swimmable. There is access down to the water/sand and is especially great for sunrise/sunset walks. The place is walking distance from several great restaurants (Mango and Isla Brewing Co, specifically). It's a 30min walk to Playa Norte.The place was fully stocked with potable water, towels, beach towels, all the soaps, tvs in every room (if that's your thing), microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and room-specific A/C throughout. We used the kitchen daily for breakfasts and lunches, and everything we needed was there.The host Lisa is very responsive and helpful with everything from golf cart rental to scheduling a taxi.We had a great experience!"
