"Food was very well pretended at certain restaurants, but overall food was great, the grounds were always well kept, security was excellent.. two ares that the overal expirence . 1 resception they seem mechanical and not engaging as the rest of the staff,2 reservations for restaurants are not effective n efficient, i think it it needs a second look on how to make it more patron friendly n efficient..Overall highly recommended the resort, all employees are super friendly. "

"The Hotel is very run down, including the pool which is my opinion isn't even safe to get in (you risk cutting your feet) It smells moldy in lobby/common areas and room (we kept AC off for this reason as it just blew around moldy air) Front desk is rude and act like your bothering them from check in to check out. The towels are old and gross and good luck getting a washcloth. There is NO restaurant or bar. The outdoor areas do not look like the pictures and are not inviting at all. This is honestly the worst hotel I have probably ever stayed in. The only good thing about this hotel is Danny who runs security on floor E3 when you get on the elevator to go up. He was super friendly and helpful! I hope they pay him well!"

"Near lot's of shopping districts, and a large shopping centre 10 min walk away. Complimentary breakfast was nice, with traditional Mexican favourites. There's a pool, and the rooms were clean and staff were friendly"

"We booked this hotel for one night before our flight home from Cancun. Very easy access instructions as doesn't have a reception. It was very affordable and perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and we had soap, toilet roll and an iron provided. I am not sure whether this is the best location for a longer trip in Cancun however it was absolutely perfect for our purposes. Would have been very helpful for a small bottle of water on arrival. Thankyou! "
