I did not want to write a review at all but this is my second time staying at this property within a month and figured it would be a better experience the second time around. It definitely was not and honestly the way I feel, I would like a refund. The check in is always the same, usual formalities. The room is the problem, this doesn’t seem like a place to fix the issue if you say the room is not okay. The first time I stayed, the room was dirty, I went out to buy cleaning supplies like wipes, to just do what I can. I also payed for breakfast for All the days I was there and it was never on my lodging info when I checked in, nor was I refunded. I know for a fact that I paid for it.
My second time, which was basically 2 days ago, when I checked in the room, it smelled moldy and was wet everywhere, I left the room and went out to spend time outside, just to see if it would dry by the time I come back; because maybe they just cleaned before I got there, and maybe the smell was from a mop or something. Wrong, the floors was still wet and the smell was terrible. So I thought to myself “ it’s only 1 night, let’s turn the AC on see if that helps a bit”. Wrong move, the AC was broken I have a video of how it sounds when you turn it on and pictures with time stamps of the floor still being wet. It was the most uncomfortable sleep, it was stuffy and hot. I gave it 2 chances. I’m not a fussy traveler, life happens. However, I will not stay there again.
