"We travel often to Cancun and have stayed at many different properties over the years. This was the best by far! The staff goes out of the way to make you feel like the most important person in the world. The layout of the property is so well thought out and absolutely stunning. "There was construction going on at the resort which was not informed to us. The adult pool had active construction going during day time. It was very noisy so we couldn’t stay at the pool. We stayed there for 6 days and we couldn’t go to the pool."
