"This is the first hostel I’ve stayed in, and I learned hostels are not for me. However, from what I’m told by the friend I travelled with, this is a very nice hostel compared to others. The attached pizzeria was very convenient and appreciated."

"Great location and breakfast, but room needs some attention This hotel is right in the heart of the city. We also loved the excellent breakfast buffet and appreciated the spacious bathroom. However, a few room details could use improvement. Cleanliness was a bit lacking (we found leftover food on the carpet near the bed), and maintenance needs work—a piece of the baseboard randomly popped off the wall during our stay. On top of that, the climate control didn't seem to work properly, and the room...

"Nice room with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed using the hot tub too. The tub/shower is hard to get in and out of and the tub is super slippery, I almost fell. Definitely had one of the better breakfasts with tons of options and was delicious."

"A very basic hotel at a very high price. The rooms are not soundproof, the décor is made from cheap materials, and the beds are basic. The reception staff were rude, and breakfast had already been cleared away by 10:05. The only highlight was the restaurant: dinner was delicious, but you can visit just for dinner without staying at the hotel. They charge a premium because there are so few other options, which I find unjustified given the quality."

"This is a great property! The room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including tea and coffee."

"Great location and breakfast"

"⭐ 1 star — and we would give 0 if we could. Our stay at Welcome Hotel Lambafell was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, raised serious safety concerns. The hotel is self check-in, but staff are advertised as being available 24/7. Upon arrival, we needed a crib for our baby and repeatedly tried to contact the hotel by phone and message. Nobody responded. Then, around midnight, the fire alarm went off and all guests were evacuated from their rooms. The alarm continued for more than...

"Nice hotel, lovely staff and great restaurant"

"The location was excellent. The facility is nice. Dinner was really good. Breakfast was mediocre. However, it was very difficult to find with gps directing to wrong location and unclear that it is located in the parking lot of the waterfall. Also for the high price there should be outlets by the bed, tissues, perhaps lotion, water bottles, or robes, or coffee machine in the room. Our waterfall view had a tree blocking the falls and a dumpster in view."

"I made a reservation for two rooms four months ahead of traveling. We were placed in different buildings. There was no reception desk just a table placed right outside our room door. We knew there were shared bathrooms but on one of the buildings the shared bathroom was down a floor and through two long halls. The breakfast room was also right outside our door, we had to walk across the hall to the shared bathroom basically open to the breakfast area. Not a reasonable set up and we would not...
