"Parking for free on a first come, first served basis, and there were plenty of space. That is a unique feature in most cities. Breakfast was great with many varieties. Each guest also had a voucher to get a free beverage for free (including alcoholic beverage except for champagne). Very satisfied with the experience."
"Posizione molto comoda vicino la chiesa di Hallgrimskirkja a Reykjavik , la camera pulita e i letti molto comodi. Il bagno al piano era pulito ma un pò datato e mancava il phon. La cucina al piano era piccola e mancava del forno a induzione.
Di gradimento il parcheggio riservato fino a un’ ora dopo il check out."
"The room was clean and their breakfast was very good everyday. All the staff was very helpful from the minute we arrived to when we checked out. Really good place close to the coastline and if you have kids…"
"The stairs to get luggage from floor 2 room 224 were difficult for a 80yr old. Room was clean, but shower wanted to spread water everywhere. Communication with cleaning staff seemed to be impossible. Location and parking were great for one evening."
"I found cups which were not cleaned before my check in. I asked a cleaning staff about how to enter the key code for the first time as this was new to me. She wasn’t helpful. Was on her EarPods talking to someone."
"Great location, with ample storage available for early arrivals but the one shared bathroom for the whole floor did not have any toilet paper and there were no staff on site to remedy the situation."
"The hotel is nice and there is enough parking in front and at the back of the hotel. The rooms are really small. We stayed at this hotel for 2 different nights in 2 different rooms and both rooms were quite small to fit our 4 bags (2 big and 2 small trolley bags). Once you open one of the bag, there is hardly any room to roam around. But overall a very good hotel and welcoming staff."
"Easy checkin process and nice room. A few issues such as broken window and missing tv remote. Good place for a bed to sleep in but does not offer much else. No working vending machines."
