I gave this just “okay” because even though it is a lovely hotel with great staff and service, for $500 plus at night I think it should have a hot tub. Just saying.

Hotel is lovely and and excellent location for the waterfall and the museum. However, while it was lovely to get a room upgrade, we were right by the out of hours side entrance (room 41) and until very late all we could hear was the opening and closing of that door. Also, other visitors at the hotel had no awareness of how loud they are, while you may be up at 06:00 and want to chat and laugh down the corridors, just be respectful of those that want to sleep in. Real shame, however, the actual hotel, restaurant and staff were lovely.
