"Highly recommended if you need a place to explore Iceland's south coast. I am so glad my wife and I picked this place. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. The cabin is clean and cozy. The amenities are all well-thought out by the host: wifi, welcome packet complete with instructions, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, espresso machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, bluetooth speaker, EV charger, detergents, dishes, utensils, cookwares, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, soap/shampoo, body wash, and even a shoe horn. The towels and linens are clean and high quality. There is also a self-serve mini store."

"The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring the south coast. It just opened in summer 2025 and is beautiful, with comfortable beds, sparkling clean rooms, and a terrific restaurant and lobby bar. We had a great dinner there our first night, and their breakfast buffet offering in the mornings is a really nice mix of hot and cold options. The staff is also lovely. If you need, it’s also an easy short walk to a convenience store and laundromat. The one thing I would mention is that the rooms are not equipped with fridges, but as we were there in October, we just left things we wanted to keep cold in our car overnight."

"My friend and I stayed there one night while driving around Iceland. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent with local cuisine and specialty items cooked by natural thermal steam. A hot tub and pool were a nice feature. The location would be ideal to view the northern lights but we did not get to see them due to cloud cover."

"This would not be for everyone but you have to be prepared to stay in a clear “igloo” like bubble. Staff was friendly and there upon arrival but it is a small cabin with 2 shared bathrooms and showers for everyone staying. There is a fridge and coffee if wanted. The only thing in the bubble is a very comfortable bed, a small light and electric outlet. Each bubble is private and there is nothing like looking overhead into trees and the sky. The bed was the most comfortable bed with plenty of down pillows and comforters. They give you a lantern if you need to use it for the evening. We woke up to the sunrise very refreshed. Definitely an interesting and fun experience."
