"The property was not completed after arrival. The suite we stayed in was missing crucial elements, trim on the black out blinds (which defeats the purpose especially in summer). The hvac was not finished open vents in the ceiling and non operational on arrival. The power went out in all black hall ways and it was lacking the “luxury” feel. The room did not match the photos as they were all renderings. For the price paid I expect a finished room, accurate photos and knowing what I am purchasing. The room was large and the view of the parking lot was less than desirable. Though, parking was free."
