"Great reception staff"

"After my cousin suggested this establishment, I had to do my own research before deciding to book. Of course I landed on a few videos on Tik Tok where Katie one of the employees just captured my interest to wanting to come and see this resort. Check in was a breeze. Huge clean room but the bugs are a pest since the property is surrounded by so much nature. Staff was so friendly and eager to assist. Wish there were more activities and waiters by the adult pool like other resorts. Food wasn’t bad....

"Bring your own still water as it costs 12 dollars per bottle….not even at the Ritz of Four Seasons have I seen that. God"

"La piscina estaba limpia"

"Very clean, new Universal hotel. Both of the pools were large and easily accessed. The food court, room service options and on site Starbucks were incredibly convenient. Will definitely stay again!"

"The beach"

"On site team is amazing. Kids activities are perfectly planned and executed. Family water slide is epic. Evermore Bay leaves you speechless. Resort feels like you are out of the country!"

"pool are needs more attention"

"The property is a bit dated. The mattresses and pillows were awesome. Ocean view was good but beach was obscured with rental beach chairs and umbrellas. Staff was friendly and helpful and quick to fix issues"
