Fort Walton Beach is one of the prettiest beaches. There's many hotels & a few resorts but it's not overcrowded like many beaches. It's beautiful, natural & open; they kept the city back from the beach so it's just white sand & smiling faces!

Our second time in Fort Walton Beach. One in May, one now in October. Both have been good trips, prefer the May weather. I like the area, more laid back & family friendly than some others we've visited along the gulf.

The color of the sand and ocean are SO brilliant. I loved that this beach was so quiet and peaceful, but if you wanted more excitement, it is a very short drive to Destin.

It's a nice area with plenty to do, near to Destin and the 30A strip. The traffic and road construction in the area, however, are abysmally bad. It was the one serious impediment to enjoying our stay in Ft Walton Beach. Otherwise, we'd love to return
"Love the entertainment for the kids! The entertainment for the adults is nice as well. We enjoy the live music. The pools were great, as always! Pleasant stay!"
"We had such a great time as a family. From start to finish, the hotel was very nice, clean, staff very friendly, the amenities were great. Plus it is out of the traffic of Destin, but close enough to uber to everything. We also loved going to the Okaloosa Pier and the views were great. We would definitely book here again."
