"Perfect hotel"

"Check in was a nightmare. They didn’t take the deposit, person on reception pretended to only speak Spanish, had to mess on through WhatsApp to get code. Door had been kicked in to the apartment, door bangs all the time with the wind. False advertising of NO SWIMMING POOL, pictures show swimming pool, argued every day via WhatsApp about no pool. Plaster coming of walls only painted over, door frames damaged, toaster in disgusting state, mini oven didn’t work, pictures hanging of wall, have...

"It was exactly as described. I only stayed overnight. Staff was nice."

"Very good job there"

"Air conditioning and staff. Room was okay. Bed was too uncomfortable. Felt pretty old and felt the springs."

"the house keeper were terrible. they don't change the bed sheets for four days. thay don't come daily, they come to the property every other day. Service is very bad and the water provided is smelly. Don't recommend this place to anyone."

"We had a short stay with only 2 nights and it was storming really bad 1 entire day. We had a higher floor room with the view which was absolutely perfect to enjoy the stormy weather. The big huge window was ideal. The room is so tiny but it was everything we needed and more. Bed was a little firm for me but once we found the 2 extra pillows in the drawer under the bed it was a perfect."

"We enjoyed our stay at kompose hotel as it was conveniently located close to the airport and was very modern and had a good ambiance. The only issue we had was when we went for lunch and the menu was limited due to no buns for the burgers, one bowl of soup etc. It would be easier if what was on the menu was readily available. Other than that the staff were friendly and it was a nice comfy bed."

"Wonderful experience with family and kids, Clean rooms, very helpful staff and beautiful setting."

"I dont recommend this place , aside from the good location and decent lady in the front desk , it looks like a scam , they booked 150$ security deposit and it has to be released within 8 days and after multiple follow ups with barley response they charged me for 111$ movies rent which i didnt , I asked them to show me the Tv app purchased on my stay date but they havent responded yet .. so please take care !"

"Always a clean space ,nice staff and great breakfast"
