"Overall I give it 4 stars. I wouldn't stay longer than a week there because it is a very small resort and the resort food is basically the same almost every day so that gets old. The rooms were nice and clean. They really valued safety so you never felt unsafe there. For a short trip to a week I highly recoomend. Because it is the North hotel zone our beach was free from sargassium which was a big plus."

"Amazing service. They have 24/7 room service which was great. The staff was very helpful and always quick to respond. Great food options. The rooms are a little old though. The beach access from the resort is a small area comparatively. Checkout could had a faster option"

"I LOVED the day and night activities & the food wow! The personnel were attentive and helpful. The photographers gave us a great experience to remember. Kudos to Abraham, Citalan, Christopher, and Ana from the Elements Buffet (Amazing food!) Also, Danae and Adan he photographers - so sweet both! Loved the vibes team - Mariana was great. Also, Adan at the gym and his partner who gave a yoga class wow! Amazing people! The restaurants and Insomnia amazing! One thing I didn’t like was getting bombarded to purchase excursions as soon as we arrived, tired, dirty, and not even get to our rooms."

"I enjoyed myself. We met some great people. There was a party everyday. Loved the pool, where we spent most of our time while on the resort. The food was so-so but I don’t expect much when we go all inclusive. The entertainment crew was great! They all work very hard. HOWEVER: The membership presentation portion of the trip put a small damper on our stay. They told us they needed an hour of our time to listen to their presentation but we were there over 2hrs. Was even told we wouldn’t receive our dinner voucher if we didn’t listen to a 3rd person trying to talk us into a membership. This was awful."
