"The staff are lovely and the room was cleaned daily, which was appreciated. However, the room itself is very dated. The same applies to the bathroom, it appeared clean, but is clearly in need of refurbishment. There was visible mould on the ceiling and around the tiles, which felt more like a maintenance issue than something related to recent storm damage.
