"Spotless room, good breakfast and amazing location!"

"Having walked past the hotel for many years it was amazing to stay there. The hotel has had a gorgeous makeover. Amazing! The setting is stunning. The staff are all very friendly and the food is delicious many thanks to the chefs who you don’t see. The only downside was the size of the room it was a bit cramped we stayed in room 4. We only stayed 2 nights which we managed but I wouldn’t want to stay longer in that particular room. I would definitely stay again but I would have to look at the different room options. Thank you to all the staff 😃"

"Great location, superb views, 2 parking spaces which is a bonus in St Ives, but the cars need to be medium size. Host was great, we had an issue with the cooker and she sent someone over immediately. Kitchen well equipped, albeit a small kitchen for the size of house, but had everything we needed. Would definitely come back"

"Lovely apartment just off the harbour . Great location the only issue we had was with the family staying above us with young children who had no regard for times and making noise but this is by no means a criticism of our accommodation "

"If u want a quiet location with a 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to a he hustle and bustle this is it! Just perfect "

"The location is excellent. So close to the town and beach. Great for families. There’s no parking being so central but there’s a car park really close by. We chose location over parking. A few basic amenities were lacking such as a tea towel and oven gloves but if you’re eating out it’s no problem. We read about the noise on previous reviews but it wasn’t overly loud just normal tourist chatter. We’d definitely come again. "

"The cottage is located in a very convenient spot, just the right distance from all the action but far enough away to enjoy the quiet location. The views from the bedrooms are nice. Kitchen, baths are fine, especially for an old cottage. We’ll stay there again. "
