A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. Shower by sauna very good. Hot tub and flooring near pool seemed like it could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet ok but much better ordering off the menu. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!

A nice hotel in quiet surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a nice addition to our stay. Only drawback was it was a distance from the seafront - a long walk up and down hills. Local taxi service was good though and relatively cheap. Breakfast was good with some nice specials to order if you didn't fancy the buffet.

We had a really lovely garden room with little private patio area which we loved. Overall the property is slightly dated but in all honestly we found it charming. The gardener keeps the grounds beautifully maintained and the food is absolutely superb. Will, the restaurant manager is amazing but all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. There are a few negative things but tbf the positives far outweigh them so I'm not going to mention them apart from if you're less than fit the walk into Falmouth town is arduous so stick to taxi or drive yourself

Breakfast is good. Jacuzzi & Sauna is nice although I can imagine that this can be too small and limited on a busy season. Gym equipments is just enough for someone who don't really want to skip a day in a gym.

Check in and reception brilliant, very helpful. Superior room booked and was huge and well fitted out. There is a pool, jacuzzi, sauna facilities with free towels . Parking was easy. The restaurant & bar was well managed by Will who couldn’t do enough for you. The main town is a 20 mon walk if your fit but there are some serious up/downhill routes which would require a taxi or vehicle for those with any issues.

We stayed in a basic room, which would benefited from updating / refurbishment. There were areas i.e. the corridors. Restaurant and bar food was only available from 6:30 pm, which was a little inconvenient as we had traveled to the hotel from Cheshire and had booked to attend the theatre in the university. The staff provided an excellent service friendly, approachable and helpful.
