All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had was very tired and in need of an upgrade / basic repairs, however the hotel is undergoing a general revamp. The location is fantastic with lovely outdoor seating at the front.

If you like old-style hotel, you will love it, if you prefer a new fancy one this place is not for you. The bed was so comfortable. Food was good, a lot of staff, quick service. Location is perfect, as it is on the beach.

Everything was fine. The wifi was a bit slow and clunky, the lift was very slow, just the one for such a big hotel. The breakfast set up was good, the room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

The outside of the Falmouth Hotel was very welcoming and looked lovely. We checked in smoothly with very helpful staff. We stayed in room 115 and was disappointed at the overall decor of the room. It looked tired and could do with extra cleaning around the windows and the door needed to be completed ie paint. There were also stains on the carpet. Unfortunately attention to detail wasn't there. The room was extremely hot, making it uncomfortable. We did use the fan supplied which was noisy at night. The bar and lounge area looked nice and appealing and the outside area was lovely with plenty of tables.

Loved our room, lots of space, king size bed, sitting area inside and a great balcony with sea view. Great place to watch the world go by and relax, and 15 mins to bars and restaurants. Easy access to coastal path

Beautiful old building which has been partially renovated. The single room I had was functional but I look forward to hopefully having one which has been “done up” on my next visit. Great location.
