"Our stay at Higher Trenear Farm was amazing. We stayed in one of the Mongolian yurts, which was unlike any other accommodation we've experienced and really added to the charm — it was the main reason we booked. The yurt was rustic yet very comfortable, perfect balance. We loved being surrounded by farm animals and lush greenery — it made the whole stay feel peaceful and special. Hosts Kate and Terry were incredibly welcoming and kind. We’d absolutely love to stay again!"

"3rd time staying here - love the house and position is great to explore the lizard. Damp was really bad this year - walls were wet and mouldy in places and kitchen cupboards very musty - cleaners were great coming out and cleaning up some of the mould. Probably damp build up if it had been shut up for a while. But we always enjoy our stay - beds comfy and loads of room for our family and little dog "

"The property is in a good location. It is quiet and safe. The beds were comfy. I slept well. The internet was good. The TV worked. But when we arrived the bathroom and kitchen sinks were not as clean as I would have wanted them to be. I found some cleaning fluid and wiped them down. I also had to clean the dish drainer and inside of the washing up bowl. I didn’t clean the outside of the washing up bowl, but it needs to be done. Various kitchen utensils were also grubby. "Wonderful hosts with great local knowledge for guests. Our room was very clean snd comfortable and the breakfast made to order was superb. I can fully recommend to visitors from near and far, when we visit the Lizard again we will definitely stay with Roy & Jayne."
