"Pros: check in, it wasn’t that busy so not a long wait for food and drinks, beautiful ocean view Cons: food was cold and sometimes even hard/chewy. We attempted to speak with the manager but they never answered"

"With my experience I’d avoid this location:"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana for her birthday. The personal attention from the staff made this getaway special. A huge thank-you to Marlene. She coordinated our Italian dinner reservation, spa appointments, and romantic beach dinner, which my wife described as lovely. She sent us an itinerary, reminded us about the spa, and suggested arriving early for hydrotherapy. She checked in throughout our stay and even reached out on departure day to wish us a safe trip...

"I really love the diversity in food, the breakfast was good as well. I really enjoyed my stay there. The room cleanliness was ok and could have been much better. overall good experience, will book again"

"There is no waiter service in the pools and beach, the pool floor is deteriorated, the ceramics come off under the feet and there is a danger that people suffer cuts in the bathrooms, the danger is greater. I could see two people who slipped since it is very easy for them to slip because they put a cleaner and that makes the floor slide well"

"Overall nice and quiet facility. Nice beach access and beautiful beach. I chose this resort for my kids thinking there would be activities like other Riu resorts. Pictures showed nice water park for kids but wasn’t exactly in our resort it was a 12-15 min walk from our resort. Buffet food was decent, better than other Riu resorts I’ve been to. But the specialty restaurants were not very impressive. Overall great staff and friendly. I’d rate the entire stay a 7/10."
