"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great position, free parking with charge points for car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Step up into shower room novel and slightly awkward."

"This IS a good value property but a bit away from the centre which may suit some people The room was spacious and whilst some people may find it a bit irksome to ask security to let you out and in - it does make the place very secure My only real issue is having two single beds pushed together as a double - it rarely results in a sound sleep - and didn’t here with pretty low grade mattresses Would I stay again - maybe if visiting away from the centre"

"Room was fine. But the no staffing is definitely an issue. A 3rd party to send us the info to get into the building is definitely challenging when you are from another country since you have you call someone to get this info. That being said after the phone call took a few minutes for them to send an email with the codes. Does get a little noisy the building next store often has singing/preying around 11-1amish but some ear plugs work fine all and all good location for the price"

"Fairly comfortable. Communication not particularly good or helpful."

"Great value for money, no frills stay! It is a little noisy as it’s central Liverpool so bring earplugs! Would stay again"

"Staff are wonderful we was taken by staff member and was shown how to get to our apartment using fob and keys etc.... That made it all much better. The apartment was well maintained plenty of room for 2 people. The living area and kitchen was spacious and even had a breakfast bar seating. And all the amenities you need. We was in room 4 no issues to report. I would strongly recommend it. Ps the apartments are around the corner from the hostel and main reception. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"Parking was good, Bar open till midnigbt, Staff were triendly and helpful. Breakfast was Continental , old bufcet but everything waz fresh and a good variety. Room was basic, but served its purpose well and was well insulated from noise and waz warm. Lighting in room was low except in shower room."

"Clean comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Generally very shabby and needs an upgrade. Staff lovely and very helpful"

"This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm."

"The place needs cleaned up, long term residents mixed with short term in same house but not same room, loud permanent resident keeps others awake. Not recommended. Staff is nice. Just a lot of work needed on and within this place."

"The room was very clean, signs of wear and tear, there was a lot of blue bottles in the room so couldn’t open the windows once disposed of the blue bottles in property and TV didn’t work so we couldn’t watch it whilst getting ready/relaxing in the morning"

"The maintenance is very poor, not recommended to stay. The breakfast is good if you just come for the breakfast. Otherwise forget it."

"Room itself is fine Area looks very rough and run down lot of derelict buildings on the streets close by. We witnessed a drug deal at end of the street No shower curtain, few sachets of tea and coffee We would not recommend this place to anyone"
