Wonderful hotel in the heart of Liverpool
Amazing stay. Beautiful hotel. Amazing rooms and fabulous staff (the whole team). I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in liverpool! Food was fantastic, breakfast was fantastic too. It would be great if they offered more alternatives for gluten free breakfast (even just taking off the gluten items of a full english) but what i was offered was beautiful. The staff team super attentive, friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back. Great location for a great time!

An exceptional stay at the Halyard in Liverpool - I will certainly be raving about this hotel to others. Being a brand new hotel, every inch of the room and building feels beautifully modern, incredibly fresh, clean and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The Mexican hot chocolate and rum on check-in was a delightful touch! All the staff were warm, friendly and considerate to guests' needs. Steps away from all the action yet blissfully quiet in my room at night. The beds were so plump and comfy I slept like a baby as soon as my head hit the pillow. Breakfast was delicious and I really appreciated the option of oat milk porridge on the menu. Down to the last detail the hotel exudes style and a sense of experience, like the beautiful ceramic bowls and plates in the restaurant. Recycling bins in the rooms is another big plus. Thank you and I hope to return next time I'm in Liverpool!

Great place to stay
Great place to stay 5 minute walk from city centre. Really lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you! The only issue we had was that we booked a suite with a balcony but there are no dividers between all balconies so other guests could easily walk along and look into the room.

I very rarely write reviews however after returning from The Halyard Hotel this weekend I just had to give the hotel and it's staff a five star review. The hotel is very smart, the rooms are amazing both in style and how clean they are. The staff are very friendly and always on hand to help and the food is really good. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from Liverpool One. We were welcomed with a shot of hot melted chocolate with a dash of rum. This set the tone nicely for what was a great stay. We visit Liverpool twice a year and now wouldn't consider staying anywhere else other than The Halyard.
