This is a great budget friendly hotel which has a lot of character. Limited parking for the number of rooms. The mattress was far too soft and uneven, not enough pillows (I couldn’t be bothered asking for more but I am sure they would have given some), sink tap dropped all night and the shower hose leaked - needs some diy. Good location near to Parks.

Broken bed and chair no bath plug dated furniture despite this staff are amazing and so helpful buses stop directly outside and at bottom of road is Sefton Park which is huge really nice place to relax also various places to eat and drink this hotel just needs updating a little
