"This is my second stay here. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the room is comfortable."

"The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. "

"A great find. Clean, helpful friendly staff and a very comfortable bed."

"This hotel is a little hard to find. Parking is limited. This is an older character property so don’t book if you’re expecting an upper end property. Easy access to downtown Liverpool by bus, the stop is right out the front door. Breakfast was good. Beds are a little soft."

"The room was very clean, signs of wear and tear, there was a lot of blue bottles in the room so couldn’t open the windows once disposed of the blue bottles in property and TV didn’t work so we couldn’t watch it whilst getting ready/relaxing in the morning"

"Fairly comfortable. Communication not particularly good or helpful."

"Excellent room for the price. Only downfall was we arrived during a heatwave and couldn't turn the aircon or shower temp to cool (preset). That said the staff were lovely and I'm sure it would have been fixed if I'd reported it, but by the morning didn't have time to get dressed again and go downstairs before rushing to catch train home."

"Great location, room wasn’t the cleanest, couldn’t work the heating"

"Staff are wonderful we was taken by staff member and was shown how to get to our apartment using fob and keys etc.... That made it all much better. The apartment was well maintained plenty of room for 2 people. The living area and kitchen was spacious and even had a breakfast bar seating. And all the amenities you need. We was in room 4 no issues to report. I would strongly recommend it. Ps the apartments are around the corner from the hostel and main reception. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"For us it was perfect, A couple of lads up for the football The good - Great location Shower lovely Cheap The bad - can hear the neighbours quite clearly through the wall, No cupboard to hang your clothes. All in all It’s a no thrills place to lay your head Did the job for us"

"Couldn't check in using app so had to phone. Quick response from them got it sorted. On arrival code for door or keybox wouldn't work. Phoned and host was able to reset code. Property clean and spacious. Close to Liverpool one. Would stay again."

"Excellent stay in an excellent location, staff were extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend a stay here..."

"The place needs cleaned up, long term residents mixed with short term in same house but not same room, loud permanent resident keeps others awake. Not recommended. Staff is nice. Just a lot of work needed on and within this place."

"Our stay was nice. Check in was easy. Kitchenware was enough. Connection with the manager was easy. Salma was very helpful. Thanks."

"The maintenance is very poor, not recommended to stay. The breakfast is good if you just come for the breakfast. Otherwise forget it."
