It was clean but the TV was not working and the toilet seat was loose. There was a pub/restaurant nextdoor. The location is good, near a number of good restaurants, close to the two cathedrals and the Uni campus.

I always stay at this hotel when I’m down in Liverpool from London. The hotels are clean, the location is not far from the city centre and the customer service is 10/10. I have zero complaints and would very much recommend other visitors to choose this hotel for their stay
