Early check in time, got to the room which was really clean and welcoming, bathroom was a little dated but clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Good choice for breakfast. Free parking onsite and with EV charging, brilliant stay in a very nice hotel for a very reasonable price.

We chose this hotel for closeness to the docks for the isle of man ferry. Good facilities, excellent staff and very good value for money and quality food. We booked it again on our return to Liverpool a week later. We will stay here again whenever we are visiting family on the island.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, really the best part of the stay. Quiet, convenient location. Room was small but had storage space under the beds so that helped. No toiletries so had to use our own - they might have had it upon request but having to ask for shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not expected. Would stay again.

The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is a short walk to the centre and the availability of parking is definitely a bonus. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so in the future.

All the staff we interacted with were really friendly. The prices in the bar were good for a hotel and the free, easy parking was the biggest positive. A really good stay. The bathroom was tiny but didn't make our stay any worse.

Everything we needed for our stay, the room was clean, staff very polite and helpful and I would recommend the breakfast. The carpark is great and I used the EV charger which was straight forward. Only negative for us was the room got really warm during the night and there was no way to cool down, even with the window open wide.

This hotel is perfect if all you want from a hotel is somewhere clean, convenient and friendly to stay while you visit the area or attend a conference at the nearby ACC. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate, breakfast is better than expected, free parking and genuinely friendly staff.

Staff were helpful, we were able to go to reception before booking in time to register car so able to walk into town centre for lunch and drink after the journey up.
