"The hotel is an older hotel that is well maintained. The staff is very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. My only negative is that their is no restaurant and the website has not been updated to reflect that fact."

"Parking is key here, since the Castro is so close, and parking is a high comodity. When I checked out I mentioned I was going for breakfast and then shopping in the Castro and the clerk generously offered to let me keep my car in the parking lot while I went into the Castro. This is a perfect place to say and have access to this historic district and the parking is just a cherry on that sundae!"

My main issues were with the cleanliness of the rooms, like the floor being dirty, shower not clean and the dining table in the room had crumbs on it. "Area outside the hotel is a disaster. The Mission is a great place to spend time. Plenty of options for coffee houses, restaurants, and bars. However, the area just in front of the hotel is full of people loitering."

"Central location, old style Pensione Hotel, Cental bathroom and that's ok. It's all about location! You're on Market Street close to everything you need. Parking is simple but park off Market OR you might get towed. Park and walk. Grab rooms towards the back. Less streetlight glare and street noise. "
