Room was large with 2 queen beds. Parking was free, the lot was small but adequate (big plus for downtown San Francisco). Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions! Felt secure and safe while staying! Breakfast area was small, food was well maintained! Would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff was nice, friendly and respectful. I had a concern about my room after checking in so when I talked to the front desk staff, she was very understanding that it had already happened before my check in. Thank you!!

I am so thankfull with the staff and completely satisfied with the service. Parking space for free and the included breakfast are great! specially in a city like San Francisco. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, pastries, different kind of cereals, milk and a variety of coffee. Bathroom neatly clean, beds more than comfortable, quiet, coffee and tea in the room. More than worthy!

It is clean. Very good breakfast. The hotel has been renovated, but the noise level from outside is unbearable. Besides, the neighborhood looks pretty grim—there are security grilles on the doors everywhere. The parking area is small and insufficient for all the cars.

Modern rooms & bathrooms, looks recently renovated. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread/pastries, cereal, yogurt, coffee & juice. Parking a major win, free & had a basement gated garage. Access in& out was limited to before 9 pm. I guess the front desk has to have soneone physically there to key you in. Only setback was the windows were not that well insulated sound wise. Traffic around was not at all heavy but the occasional car/motorcycle with the noisy engine does get through. If you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest asking for a room on the inside not facing the street.

When we checked in the desk clerk was friendly and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. The hotel offers parking which was a bonus. We walked up to the Fillmore, about 3/4 of a mile, so that was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great. Breakfast each day was hearty, room was cleaned each day of our stay, the staff was pleasant. There was plenty of parking outside and in an underground garage. If you can get past the homeless people outside (they didn't bother us) and the general filth of the tenderloin district then this hotel is great.
