NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
10/10 Excellent
"Love its employees front desk very professional and amazing service"
"The location is great, walking distance to metro, and other public transportation. At the time we arrived, they were doing some construction so we couldn’t appreciate the main lobby and surrounding areas. The room a nice size, clean, small refrigerator, coffee maker. The only problem that we get charged to keep our bags/suitcases when our room was not ready, obviously we weren’t going to be all our town hauling them. Other than that, we’re pleased we our stay."
"Excellent hotel. Great service. Safe. Close to Times Square. Several free breakfast options. Doorman to get taxi if needed. Close to subways and buses. Several food shops nearby. Great price through Expedia included flights!
Will definitely stay again. "
