"The staff was amazing! The doorman, reception, concierge and the lounge staff. If I am back in New York this will be my go to place because of how cared for I felt."

"Beautiful vibrant hotel. Really enjoyed the lounge on the first floor, a great place to hang out meet people and have a small bite with drinks. Our room was clean bright and very comfortable."

"Excelente estadía, buena ubicación, precio y calidad acorde a lo pagado."

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. "The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."

"The check in was online and I love that part , place was very clean and had everything inside I needed for comfortable stay ! Loved having full kitchen to use !"

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"

"The room was very clean and was enjoyable to stay there"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"I don’t like that you keep on signing to the hotel’s WiFi when you come back to the hotel. There’s no gym too."

"The AC never let the room get to a comfortable temperature. We prepaid for breakfast. Breakfast was average at best. Limited options that were not that well prepared. And the service was completely inadequate. It took inexcusable time to place order and get served. We put up with it the first day and skipped it on day two and three."
