"Good location to get around in Times Square. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. The bed and bedding were just ok, nothing fancy, the sheets were rough. It was good for our one night stay. If you want breakfast or a late night snack, note that there’s no room service. If you plan to have the hotel hold your bags because your transportation doesn’t leave until later in the day after checkout, keep your key in case you need to use the restroom. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "

"We visited for one evening with my teen daughter and niece to shop and see the City touristy stuff, and it was perfect. The room was CLEAN, like really clean, and it was really quiet. We were on the 41st floor out of 43 with a great view of the Freedom Tower and just blocks from the best bagels in NYC and the Wall Street Bull. The only drawback was the elevator system, which provided only three elevators for a lot of people, so being so high up, we were not able to take the stairs realistically. Also, we brought a car and, not going to lie, it was a pain. The parking was about a 10-15 minute walk, although it says five, and the garage was not the most convenient. It was also $105 for less than 24 hours with validated parking by the hotel. Basically, parking was the worst of the trip... hotel itself was in a great location and I felt safe. "
