Loved the suite style accomodations. The friendly but unobtrusive hosts were always available to help or explain things and told us where to find dining nearby - within easy walking distance, and interesting facts about the town's development. "Great experience; well-equipped and beautifully decked room. Some of the pieces were so unique and well-chosen. Bathroom was great too. Brandon was nice enough to provide us with suggestions for places to visit nearby. Breakfast options can be expanded but we didn’t mind that. Would definitely recommend."

"Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience."

"The location is excellent and the gardens are divine. Our only problem was the winding staircase to our upper floor room. Would not be a problem for younger people but my husband and i are in our 70s! We would stay again if we could be assured of a lower level room."

"We had a room in the attic and it fulfilled a childhood dream of mine! I’ve always wanted to stay in a place with a bedroom at the top of the house. The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower needs frosted glass or a new shade. The bed was very comfortable and being able to control the room temperature was a plus. Beautiful property! "
