"We arrived at the hotel after a flight from Calgary. We were able to check in early for a fee. We were given a room with a king bed and a large bathroom. The room was clean, but needs a bit of a refresh. Our room overlooked the airport, but we couldn’t hear a thing. The window was very well insulated for noise. We chose this location because it is an easy walk in a covered walkway back to the terminal, It’s very convenient because you are able to catch the Piccadilly line or the Elizabeth line...

"Hotel is clean, cool, and centrally located. Rooms are very small-- king sized bed with about a foot on either side. About two to three feet at end of bed. Large screen TV. This would be great for a solid traveler, or for a weekend stay. We were going on an 11 day cruise, so a bit too much luggage for the room size. Only trash can is a small bin under the sink. They don't have washcloths or top sheets, but comforter was fabulous! Has an attached bar, which was nice, with small menu. Pizza...

"Hotel liegt nur ca. 5 Minuten von zwei Tube Stationen und der Hauptstr. entfernt, hat somit Topverbindungen zum Zentrum. Hotel liegt ruhig, Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber und das Frühstück ist lecker mit ein schönen Auswahl."

"This hotel was clean and very quiet. We stayed here in March of 2026. The beds were very comfortable and I like how they had two separate kid beds. The location was perfect for our stay. I really liked having the train station across the street. A bonus was finding two grocery stores inside the train station along with a cute Paddington retail store and sculpture of the bear. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future."
