"This property exceeded our expectations at almost every turn. It is a well maintained luxury property with excellent, friendly staff. Our guest room was generously large and the public sitting area was clean and inviting. The check-in/out process was different than expected but there was plenty of staff to walk us through the process."

"Check in was easy. Hallways on room floors seem old but room was well kept, new looking hard floors (not carpet) in the room, clean beds & bathroom, very spacious closet. A/C didn’t blow hard so if you need that sound or air movement, bring a small USB fan (room wasn’t hot though by any means). Had a few questions and the night security team were very helpful. Great stay, no complaints!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the London house, we got in very late but the check in process was so smooth and easy, I’ve been to a lot of hotels and they don’t come in everyday to change linen etc, our room is as clean from the first day up until we left, there was no noise despite being downtown!! I would highly recommend and our flight was also late but they allowed us to keep our bags while we toured the city.10/10 recommend"
