This was my second stay at this Marriott in Chicago, and the location was perfect! I was in town for my sister’s graduation and had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent, and as someone training for a marathon, I really appreciated the fantastic gym. Aside from one slip-up with room service, everything was a 10 out of 10. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel was in a perfect location, in walking distance to many of downtown Chicago’s landmarks and close to CTA stations to take you to other areas of the city. The only drawback was the outside noise level; even from the 31st floor, we could hear sirens and noise of traffic every hour of the day.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful in all aspects. Room was clean and cleaning people were excellent. Location is also excellent. Close to buses and trains and withing walking distance of many of the tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The location is great. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, etc. The bar was lively for the duration of our stay, which was great. Prices are a bit expensive, but it’s a hotel bar so that’s expected. The room we stayed in was dated. But what we’re accustomed to in regards to Marriott properties.

Great location, close to everything We didn’t use the amenities beside the cafe on the lower level. They have remodeled the lobby very nicely. Bedrooms are specious but bathroom is tight.
