The Sheraton on the Chicago Riverwalk is a beautiful facility. You can walk to see the fountain, hop on a riverboat tour or water taxi. We felt very safe in the evening. The rooms were very clean and room service staff was fast and friendly. The parking garage was clean and well lit.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others. It’s in a very central location and we were able to walk to a lot of places. The views from the hotel were stunning and the room was well kept and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly and always tried to remind us to use our $15 daily credit. I will say the AC was STRONG so we were always freezing after being out and about in the humidity

Absolutely love the location. It was walking distance to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier , the magnificent mile, the beaches. Very clean, lots of amenities. Something happened that the pool was shut down for two days of our stay and we were unable to access the balcony outside the exercise area where we wanted to take sunrise pictures. Staff incredibly friendly. Shower showed some age/wear but nothing major. Did note that it was pet friendly although we didn’t take our dogs.

Check in was understaffed on Sat afternoon. Took 30 min. Towels were worn- not up to Chicago Sheraton standards. This property is getting dated and not worth premium prices charged. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel location is great to visit downtown Chicago, and it has very nice views to the riverfront and even direct access to it. The only area of improvement is room availability as the check in is stated for 4 PM and we hard 3 rooms booked, and only 1 was available at the check in time, the other 2 were available at 6 PM and 8 PM.

We had a lovely stay. The only complaint was the girl at the check-in desk was very hard to hear and a little standoffish. The breakfast buffet is also incredibly overpriced for a glorified continental breakfast.
