"I absolutely adored this hotel. So so pretty in the lobby. Great restaurant and bar downstairs. The rooms were very clean. I got the city view and it was to die for. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at in Chicago."

"I stayed at the Congress Plaza Hotel for four nights. The Congress hotel is a perfect location on Michigan Ave. I walked all of downtown and waterfront. Perfect for me walking to Navy Peir, Field Museum and to the water taxi. The hotel is historic and I appreciate the maintenance and decore that respects its. Staff was helpful and had a positive attitude. The plaza hotel felt safe with lots of helpful staff and a bustling day and night. The exercise room was clean and had good equipment. The hotel room was private and comfortable and I slept well on the comfortable bed. I used the shampoo and conditioner suppled and I actually think its nicer than what I have at home. Lol I would definitely stay here again"
