"Overall it was a very good experience. The only thing I would comment is that the conditioner is empty when we arrived I called the lobby and left a message that I need conditioner the auto-robot operator said it will be sent to.our room but it never arrived."

"The room was very spacious and the hotel was in a great location right in front of the Chicago River. If you don't get a room facing the river the view is terrible. You look out onto the top of other buildings. The toilet seat was not secure and we had to flush twice a few times. Our room door was loud and luckily we noticed if you don't slam the door it doesn't close. Overall the room was nice and we didn't complain but we will probably choose a different hotel next time."

"The staff and cleanliness was outstanding! However, the property could use a renovation. The room I had was outdated and dull. Very clean! And the bed was comfortable but property appeared older and in need of update. No complaints on the staff and lobby areas. Those are awesome."

"Although staff in previous online conversation did not mention an Expedia reservation came with additional perks including late checkout (which is why I had started the online conversation)- the front desk person did inform me of this at check in which was a nice surprise. Room was clean. Easy to find the place."
