"Room itself was ok. Expected a pool because of the pictures. And there was no pool! 96 degree day, it would have been nice. The restaurant waitress did the minimal. Waited, and waited for service. Took our order and brought our food but never came to check on us except when she wanted her money. Had to leave so we had to pay our bill while we were still eating. Condiments on the table were dirty and needed to be refilled. We had to go get another half full bottle of ketchup in order to finish our meal. Continental breakfast was about a half an hour too early for our flight time. Won't go back."

"Excellent airport location. Very convenient access to all terminals, including the farthest T5. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant couls use less AC - it was very cold my likeness."
