"Great Staff, good communication, & had a shuttle bus for concert!"

"Well maintained, walkable to eateries and shopping, and Soldier Field. Only negative is sketchy characters/homeless near the property, but they did not bother anyone so far as I could tell."

"I will always stay here at Royal as it was the best experience I have ever had from all my travels Staff is stellar and a breakfast !!! Bravo bravo!!!"

"Everything was on point"

"The property was decorated in a beautiful art deco design that we were very impressed with. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the elevators were not working properly. We did get some help from the staff and we’re allowed to use the staff elevators. Very convenient location for theatergoers!"

"Loved staying here! Rooms are smaller but perfect amenities. Pillows are the perfect fluffiness not lumpy. The sheets were silky. Espresso machine was devine. Price very competitive. A short walk to Michigan avenue. Would stay here everytime I am in town."
