"Checked in quickly. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room due to Expedia Gold benefits. Hotel was very sweet to arrange a birthday cake for my husband. Breakfast was not bad but with limited options of 3 types only with a small salad bar and limited bread options. You can also self service, orange juice, milk or coffee. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a deep soaking bathtub. Bed was king sized but unfortunately had no support and I woke up to backaches and neckaches every morning. Time...

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. "I love this hotel, the price is slightly higher but it's definitely worth it. Take your time to read if you're interested. Check in: It was fast & easy as they were expecting our arrival. Location: It locates at the end of Ximending Walking District where some famous shops locate. Eg: Ah Ma Breakfast, 永和豆奶 (not the one at the entrance), 天天利, two 7-11 and one Family Mart, beef noodles etc... Staff: They're friendly, they helped me to book 3 taxis to HSR station which is 5 minutes drive away...
