"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. "Room was well equipped. Stay in the new tower it’s great. Reception area and breakfast room is old. Breakfast is very Asian - cold uncovered foods and not much selection. Also they begin cleaning up the food 15minutes before end time and will kick you out abruptly at end time on the dot. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. "
