Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean. "We love Amba hotels. Nice size rooms, great locations, free laundry, ice machines and friendly staff. This one has a great location and we enjoyed being right in the action. Room was quiet even with the action on the streets below. Metro station is a short walk too. We did everything including day trip to Juifen with the hotel as a base. Very walkable. Super convenient and really welcoming. Highly recommend. "
