The front counter speaks English and can effectively communicate. - The hotel has at least 5 convenient stores in walking distance. - Spacious - Has a safe in the room - Quiet - Has a small balcony, with washer/dryer - Kitchen, comes with microwave and fridge - Has a mobile dehumidifier, this is very handy. "The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. We had our much needed rest in the hotel before heading out in the afternoon. I especially wanted to call out Carmen and her staff in helping us."
