"Could not ask for a better location for a stay in Taiwan! Walking distance to many attractions and shops in XiMenDing, and also near a train station. The property was grand and clean. The lobby always smelled so good and the amenities were awesome with a spacious lobby to help yourself to refreshments. The room also had a nice layout and was similar to hotels in Japan. Staff was always polite and willing to help. The only minor inconvenience is that you have to take one elevator to go up to the lobby on the sixth floor and then get off to go to a different set of elevators to go up to your room. Some wait times for the elevator were longer than expected."

"This hotel may have been one of the best stays I’ve had. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help and answered all my questions clearly. I also loved the location and amenities. Having a laundry room was something that was a plus given that I was going to another country after Taiwan.
