"Love overall but better if there is a gym."

"This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star customer service. Being on the last leg of our trip in Taiwan, we are very glad we booked this hotel to end our trip on. The staff were attentive, helpful, and provided us with an amazing experience overall. The location is very convenient and quiet. The only complaint we have was that we noticed ventilation was not very good in our room and it smelt strange and stuffy, with a mould patch on the wall. Otherwise we had an amazing experience. "

"We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and check in was an easy process. Slightly annoyed that the room we wanted to choose was shown as available on their screen however it was rebooked for an additional by current guess. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Our kettle was broken and reception replaced it right away. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered immediately. "Room was big with great view of the Sun moon lake, though the property needs refurbishment as the grout at the toilet requires maintenance. Hotel was located very convenient to the night street next to it and within walking distance to the Pier to engage in activities."

"This is my second stay here and for a much longer period of time. The location is superb as it is adjacent a mall and 8-10 mins walk (underground, through the mall) to Taipei Main station and the MRTs. The staff are very courteous and speak excellent English. The room is large but the cleaning could be better as the bins were not emptied daily. The room was also too dark and this could be improved. There is a massive bathtub in the room!"

"we stayed for 3 nights and had the 2 bedroom villa. upon entrance we were greeted with impeccable service and it was the same during the entire stay. the rooms were clean and had room service daily even during covid. the pool temp was slightly hotter than what we expected but was enjoyed daily nonetheless. the breakfast buffet was good with tons of selections. the beach was called “little bay” and was somewhat empty much to our surprise. i personally thought that was the best beach in the...
