" The front desk, it was exceptional. They helped me in family always. Oh, the breakfast was fine. It's very good and the people are so friendly, they even learn your name."
"This was a very clean and comfortable property. We felt very safe coming and going. They treated us great. We were able to leave our bags there before check-in and after checkout. The breakfast is available until 9:00am, and they offered that to us when we arrived even though we were not going to be checking in until later that day. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

What sets Solaria apart from anywhere else is the level they go to to ensure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and pleasurable. Every single member of staff went out of their way to know us, help us and recognise our needs .. often before we knew! Customer service is on a different level here and the hotel itself is gorgeous. The rooms are modern and large, the spa downstairs is a very welcome facility and offer an array of services at very reasonable prices and the rooftop bar is just heavenly! "
"A really beautiful boutique hotel set in a convenient location in the historic old quarter. The room was not large but we received an upgrade with a balcony. What stood out about the hotel is the tasteful and beautiful Vietnamese decor and the service which is top notch. The staff could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. "This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling.
I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health!
