Very friendly when we checked in. We were staying one extra night from our tour and the night that I booked myself was an upgrade and they let us stay in this room for the full four nights that we would be staying in this hotel for no extra charge because we are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary..

Probably on normal times, this hotel is ok. But days before NYE, the keycards weren’t working and no one could get in their rooms - so they gave us actual keys. Also, on NYE - staff barged into our room while we were in bed. Funny enough to leave us a gift - and wouldn’t leave without giving it to us. Terrible timing and no knock. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
