"We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Quick walk to the water taxi for train station, and short walk to San Marco square. The friendliest employees and our room was great. We stayed in the suite with two king beds, our 20 year old son was traveling with us and was perfect!"

"A quaint small hotel in keeping with other properties in Venice. It was an in an ideal location for all the attractions and especially for the water transport...only 100 metres away. Our room was small, the fireplace suite but was suitable for our three night stay. All in all, a very nice stay with the staff all very helpful and friendly. "

"Excellent hotel near the center of Venice. It was clean, with regular room cleaning, and located in a quiet area. We received all the instructions by email and double-checked the correct entrance, as the one on Google Maps was incorrect. The hotel also has a nice lobby where we could make coffee or tea. My daughter and I had a wonderful time!"
