Very elegant, luxurious hotel. Beautiful decor, with marble floors, and lovely garden to sit and have drinks. Buffet breakfast was very good. Location was superb- on the Grand Canal, right at a vaporetto stop. A couple of disappointments - few electical outlets in the room (and hard to access), the safe was broken, and in our room the private bathroom was up a flight of stairs (within the room).

beautiful place right on the water with convenient water taxi just outside. breakfast and coffee service were fantastic. there was no bar located within the facility but shops very close for drinks. there were several items in the room that were in disrepair, torn and water stained curtains, a couch that with multiple unknown stains, the accessory mirror in the bath was broken and the tub drained SUPER slow and back washed with black particles and hair. staff was courteous and cheerful; adding to the overall experience.

The room was so clean, cool, and had all the amenities necessary. Hotel was in a perfect location. The breakfast was a full breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, pastries, bread, and more with lots of drink options. The water taxi was located right out front the hotel. Easy access to all of Venice.

This hotel is beautiful. We felt like we were staying in a palace. The room was very large. The bed huge!! We had a balcony that looked out over the canal. Very romantic. Highly recommend. Would stay there again

The hotel is definitely a 4 star. From the first impression to checking out my wife and I had an excellent experience. Just one thing to point out. If you’re talking a Waterbus from the airport make sure you take the one that will drop you off at the Realto Bridge. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Pasaro Palace.
